My therapist is great. Helped me a lot. I do seem to have a lot of problems with the billing department though.

Dr. Ghani is wonderful! He is straight forward, smart, and efficient. I highly recommend him as a provider. However, dealing with the office staff is painful. They make mistakes with billing, they are dismissive, they are immature and unprofessional. I do not mean to be mean, but I regularly question their competence. No one accepts accountability for anything. Instead, they pass me off to someone else who cannot explain the error. They consistently block my communication with Dr. Ghani. There is no way to speak to him unless it is during an appointment. Any messages that are sent to him go through the terrible office staff. I have often considered leaving the practice because the office staff is so difficult to deal with. I stay for Dr. Ghani. It is not his fault the office is so poorly run. Dr. Ghani gets 5 stars!! The office staff get one. So, I landed on a total of 3 stars.

Janice Janice is really helpful to me. It has the patience to understand what I’m going through so I would recommend your services anybody.

Dr Ghani is sensitive and firm for my teen-age daughter. He had adjusted her medication to perfection. My daughter went from a suicidal teenager, locked herself in her room, angry and depressed to going to her friends’ birthday parties and signing with her friends on karaoke. This is only three months after Dr Ghani take over my daughter’s care. This change will not happen without Dr Ghani!!!

Dr. Ghani has been my psychiatrist for over 2 years. At the time I was going through severe depression and my anxiety was unhinged. I was hopeless. My previous doctor was relocating and things were not looking up. It took a while to figure out the right treatment. It was rough. But he was the first doctor that was listening and understanding what I was going through. It was the combination of compassion, and also medical knowledge. Dr. Ghani, my therapist April Barker, and event the staff. It is a practice that cares. I'm glad I found them.

Britney is a kind, empathetic therapist with great insight. She’s very supportive and guides me on how I can be a more emotionally mature individual.

Brittany is very easy to talk to. She seems to be easily able to understand my viewpoint and empathize with me. She also does well to give me little reminders of techniques I already know, but I do need those reminders. The only reason Brittany doesnt elicit 5 stars from me is that I’ve had therapists in the past that just help unwind things at an even deeper level. Im not sure id im just past that point in my therapy journey or just not getting there with this therapist.

I have been through several Therapists and I have always been dissapointed and almost walked away from therapy all together luckily I was assigned to her in a time I needed a therapist the most.

I had bad experience with billing department… charging me for appointment that I didn’t make. Hasn’t resolved till now ( a few weeks already)

I have seen this doctor for multitude of side effects, mental health declined with onset of depression, anxiety from severe Cancer pain and constant worry, adhd resulted from treatment chemo therapies which are whole body blood stream and tissue/bone marrow targeted. His philosophy is minimal medication dosage in my case, due to higher prescribed dosage prior, it was and is at times very hard to think straight, probably because the Cancer isn’t curable He takes my insurance and that in itself is a generous act on his part. Costs for Doctors to practice has gone crazy high, and he still manages and operates his own practice without fail in a nice office with staff and therapy

I found dr. Ghani to be very honest and forthright.. I would have loved having him be a part of my life, but I was disappointed that he didn’t understand that some patients actually need to take a low dose of benzodiazepines, because my quality of life without them is a bit unbearable.. severe stress takes away the joys of life. So happy are Drs to dole out antidepressants, often causing tardive..d. uncontrolled body movements, and worse, but a pill to give me a minimum of relief? Oh no.. it’s now the bad guy! Shouldn’t I as an adult who does not drink, be able to choose to take a medication that makes my life a little more manageable? Something to take at bedtime so that my father’s suicide doesn’t haunt me ?? I am responsible for my life. I want it to be worthwhile! Not torture, everyone can’t be grouped into one mindset. I really would have enjoyed having this Dr. To talk to, and to prescribe a medication that makes my life manageable.
