Savannah Wilson, AMFT, is an Associate Marriage and Family therapist specializing in relational trauma, inter-generational trauma, neurodivergence, identity exploration within LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, and anxiety disorders (GAD, OCD, panic attacks, etc.). She earned her Master’s Degree in Holistic Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and works with families, couples, teens, and adults navigating significant life transitions and stressors, helping them explore how their identities/life roles and mental health impact their lives. Savannah employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MB-CBT), experiential therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. She also incorporates attachment, social justice, and humanistic lens into her practice.

This holistic therapist is committed to helping clients discover their authentic selves and inner strength, Savannah provides a compassionate and supportive environment in person at the Berkeley office and through telehealth as well. Her approach blends evidence-based therapeutic methods with holistic practices, emphasizing empathy, autonomy, and cultural affirmation. By fostering a safe, non-judgmental space, Savannah encourages clients to explore their inner landscapes and uncover their true potential, guiding them on a collaborative journey toward self-acceptance and self-compassion.
