About Katlene Millo-Bayan, PMHNP-BC

Katlene Millo-Bayan, PMHNP-BC, is an experienced Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Ocean Psychiatry in Fremont, California. She is a Walden University graduate and a member of the Walden University Honor Society. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science. Katlene specializes in Anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, Panic Disorder, Depression and Bipolar Disorder. She believes in a holistic, goal-oriented approach to creating a balanced treatment plan that takes into account a patient’s unique physical and mental health needs. This includes follow-up visits that include goal markers for the patient. Her aim is to better understand her patient’s specific needs to build the foundation for a long working relationship.

In addition to in-person office visits, she also offers Telemedicine services, which allow patients to be seen at their convenience and lower the barrier to obtaining treatment. Whether the meeting is in-person or virtual, patients will receive the same level of exceptional service, and they will feel comfortable with a provider who will listen, sympathize, and effectively communicate the best treatment options.

Katlene currently accepts a variety of insurances, including Anthem Blue Cross, Optum Behavioral Health, Magellan, Aetna, and Medicare. This commitment to accessibility ensures that her high-quality mental health services are available to a wide range of patients.  She currently accepts new and existing patients.
