About Erin Mosse, AMFT

in Fremont, CA

Erin Mosse, AMFT
Erin Mosse, AMFT, is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in grief and loss, depression, anxiety, ambiguous loss/life transitions, disordered eating, and divorce, working with both individuals and couples. Erin approaches therapy through a depthful psychodynamic lens, incorporating social justice, systemic, and cultural perspectives to provide a holistic and inclusive therapeutic experience.

With diverse experience in a Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment facility, a Hospice supporting Grief and Bereavement, and an Eating Disorder treatment center, Erin brings a rich and compassionate approach to therapy. Erin helps clients explore both the conscious and unconscious aspects of themselves while integrating mindfulness and evidence-based coping skills tailored to each individual's needs. Believing that therapy is an opportunity to slow down, pause, and reflect—especially when life feels overwhelming or we are running from parts of ourselves—Erin offers to walk alongside clients, holding the torch as they explore their inner worlds.

This journey, Erin believes, is a powerful alchemical process: turning the inflexible and brittle lead into flexible, resilient gold. Drawing from the healing power of ritual, art, poetry, and the natural world, Erin, as a self-described "soul tender," is passionate about helping others find their way home to themselves. Erin also enjoys planting literal and metaphorical seeds and finds joy in swimming and exploring the depths of both the ocean and the psyche.

Erin has a BA in Anthropology from Cal State University, Long Beach, and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
