Annette is a certified physician assistant, specializing in addiction medicine, chronic pain, and psychiatry. After Annette’s graduation from Stanford University in 1997, she returned as a guest lecturer. Throughout her 22 years of experience, Annette has worked in psychiatry, family practice, urgent care, physical medicine and rehabilitation, correctional medicine, and alcohol and drug rehabilitation.
Prior to becoming a health care provider, Annette spent 14 years in the United States Army. She has also served as a civilian physician assistant with the United States Air Force. After discharging from the army, Annette was a licensed vocational nurse for the California Department of Corrections for 5 years.
In 2000, Annette was certified by The Professional Woman Network in Louisville, Kentucky as a Professional Development Consultant and Diversity Trainer.
In 2001, Annette received her training as a Domestic Violence Counselor by Su Casa Family Crisis Support Center in Artesia, California.
In 2007, Annette received her training as a Corporate Health and Wellness Coach by the Wellcoaches Coach Training School.
Annette is currently accepting new patients, ages 18 and up.
