Her therapy styles include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Integrative Therapy, selecting techniques from different orientations best suited to each individual’s situation(s). She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families to find healthy perceptions of themselves individually, and within relationships to move forward towards their health and healing goals.
She holds 6 years of working experience in the Medical Social Work field (outpatient and inpatient), providing support and guidance to individuals and families in emergency crisis situations, newly diagnosed medical conditions, grief, trauma, victims of abuse, those with addiction and mental health disorders. Her educational background includes a Masters Degree in Social Work and a B.S. in Health Sciences from California State University East Bay.
